How to Apply
The Albany Medical Center Pain Medicine Fellowship is a multidisciplinary training program seeking residents who have completed an ACGME-accredited residency, preferably in: Anesthesiology, Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Psychiatry.
We provide one position per year. All applications to this program are to be submitted through ERAS.
To apply for this program, you will be required to submit the following materials:
- Photograph
- Personal statement
- CV
- USMLE Steps I and II (and III if available) or COMLEX
- Medical school transcript
- Dean's letter
- Three current letters of recommendation (including at least one from your program director)
- ECFMG Certificate (if applicable). Albany Medical Center supports the J1 visa only; it does not support H-1b visas.
