Diverse Clinical Experience
The five-year residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery encompasses all aspects of our surgical specialty. We are proud of our rich tradition of diverse clinical and surgical cases, directed by our faculty with expertise and fellowship training in all subspecialty areas. A sound educational program with outstanding clinical research opportunities distinguishes our residency program.
Residents will be exposed to both academic and private models of otolaryngology. In addition to general otolaryngology, rotations are available in all subspecialties, including pediatric otolaryngology, head and neck oncology, laryngology, otology and skull base surgery, and facial plastics and reconstructive surgery. To support our abundant educational opportunities, residents can train at one of our Albany Med Health System locations or another local facility.
