How to Apply

The Albany Medical Center Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship training program seeks residents who have completed an accredited Neurology residency in the U.S. and who are committed to the care of people with diseases of the nervous system, have demonstrated interest in clinical and basic neuroscience, and are dedicated to the advancement of the subspecialty. We provide two fellowship positions a year. Interested applicants must submit the following documents for consideration:

• Universal Application (Universal Application)
• CV
• Three recent letters of recommendation (including one from your program director)
• Transcript
• USMLE scores
• Valid ECFMG certificate (if applicable). Albany Medical Center supports the J1 visa only; it does not support H-1 visas.
