Xiang Yu, PhD

Clinical Ethics Fellow 2023-24

Dr. Yu is an assistant professor and clinical ethicist at the Institute for Bioethics and Health Humanities at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Previously, she was a clinical ethics fellow at the Alden March Bioethics Institute. She obtained a PhD in Philosophy from Ohio State University. Dr. Yu’s research focuses on wellbeing (especially issues relating to desires), decision-making capacity, and psychiatric ethics.
