Virtual Interviews
We use the Thalamus platform to conduct virtual interviews for applicants to our integrated residency program. We strongly support the virtual interview process as it provides equitable opportunities for candidates and mitigates demographic and socioeconomic inequities in the residency and fellowship selection process.
The interview day begins with a a program overview presentation given by our program director, Dr. Courtney Warner, after which applicants have several formal faculty interviews and a short, informal interview with current residents.
