Our full-service Cytopathology Lab is seeking an individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for the employment of qualified staff, as well as evaluating and ensuring the competency of technical and support staff, preparing annual budget, maintaining compliance with billing and regulatory standards, and developing and implementing strategic and operational plans.
Qualified candidates must possess a BS
or BA degree, a certification as a CT(ASCP), and a NYS license. A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical Cytology experience is required. Prior supervisory experience / strong leadership skills are preferred.
