Geriatric Medicine Fellowship

About the Program

The Albany Medical College Geriatric Medicine Fellowship prepares physicians to provide elderly patients with the best possible care using expertise in clinical skills. The geriatric medicine fellowship is based in the Albany Medical Center Department of Medicine & The Eddy. The Eddy is a comprehensive continuum of health care, supportive housing and community services that reaches 22 counties and serves more than 40,000 people yearly. The program encompasses acute, ambulatory, community, and long-term care experiences.
