The Department of Neurology at Albany Medical College has a reputation for excellence in patient care, teaching and groundbreaking research. Our academic neurologists are part of a team that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of specific conditions, allowing our patients to have a team of experts with specialized training and skills in their disease. As part of the Neurosciences Institute, we work side by side with our colleagues in Neurosurgery and Physiatry to provide comprehensive expertise that can only be found at an academic medical center.
