(518) 262-5365.  Registration closes September 1, 2009.  Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited in number.  It is imperative that we receive your online registration (You will receive an email confirmation from the website when it has been received.).   Payment is due on or before September 15, 2009.  Requests for cancellations must be made prior to September 1, 2009 and will result in a full refund.

Conference dates are Sunday, October 25, 2009 through Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Your registration fee includes meals and two nights lodging.  There are no reduced rates for arriving late or departing early. Group meals are included, however if you decide to eat on your own, your individual room account will be charged for that meal.  If you leave earlier or arrive later than your stated reservation dates, your individual room account will incur a surcharge of $150 per night.

Are you submitting a poster?
There will be a limited number of 50 (fifty) poster abstracts accepted. Once the quota has been met, submissions will no longer be accepted. Poster numbers will be assigned in the order they are received.
