Graduation Requirements

Gradation requirements are as follows:

  • Attainment of both the academic and clinical objectives of the Program
  • Completion of all academic and clinical assignments
  • Fulfillment of academic and clinical requirements of the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
  • A minimum grade point average of 2.5
  • Current New York State licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse*
  • Current New York State Infection Control and Barrier Precautions certification*
  • Current State of Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse*
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification*
  • Current Advanced Cardic Life Support (ACLS) certification*
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification*
  • Mandatory health insurance coverage*

*Must remain current while enrolled in the Program, for completion of the Program, and to take the national certification examination.
