The Department faculty is active in counseling residents about their career choices and helping residents secure the best possible positions upon completion of their training. Residents who have completed our program have chosen careers in both private practice and academic radiology. Historically, most of our graduates have chosen to seek further subspecialization in a fellowship. A growing number of residents in recent years have chosen to stay at Albany Medical Center for fellowships but we are also quite proud that our residents have sought and been accepted at competitive fellowships at other institutions through the years.
