Fellowship applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. Candidates must be US citizens, permanent residents, or qualify for a J-1 visa. Our institution does not sponsor H-1 visas.
A Standardized Application for Pathology Fellowships, curriculum vitae, USMLE Steps 1-3 results and three letters of recommendation must be submitted to the program director. Applications are accepted between September 1 and January 31. The Hematopathology Fellowship Program does not participate in ERAS.
